Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vovix Lens (the “Service”), operated by Vovix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.

Vovix Lens extracts and validates data from documents you upload and exports it to accounting tools. AI extraction is highly accurate but not infallible — you are responsible for reviewing extracted values (the Review workflow is provided for this) before relying on them for filings, payments, or ITC claims.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at checkout. Document processing consumes credits included with your plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of your documents and extracted data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may perform maintenance or updates. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vovix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which Vovix is registered.
